Operation
Patch windows announced a week ahead. Services restart only when they must. If something breaks at night, it is usually fixed before coffee.

Small systems, kept running.
We operate a handful of modest servers for a small circle of clients: monitoring, backups, and the unglamorous work of keeping things reachable. No dashboards you don't need, no promises we can't keep.
Measurement
Every machine reports uptime, disk and traffic to an internal collector. We graph first and argue later; numbers settle most debates.
Restraint
We run as little software per host as possible. Fewer moving parts mean fewer pages at 3 a.m. — and lower bills for everyone involved.
This site is deliberately plain HTML served from a single process. There is nothing to log into and nothing that tracks you.
